【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61982isapplicabletoperformanceandlifetestingofelectricalenergystoragesystemsforgeneralpurpose,trafficcompatible,lighturbanuseelectricroadvehiclesthataredesignedfortransportationofpassengersorgoodsincitycentredriving.Forthepurposesofthisstandard,theelectricalenergystoragesystemisdefinedasonethatisrechargedelectricallythoughsomeofthetestproceduresmaybeapplicabletofuelcellsandother"mechanically"rechargeablesystems.Thetestproceduresmayalsobeapplicabletoelectricalenergystoragesystemsusedinsometypesofhybrid-electricvehiclethoughdetailedconsiderationofelectricalenergystoragesystemsforhybridvehicleswillbeaddressedseparately.ThispartofIEC61982isnotapplicabletosystemsforspecialistvehiclessuchaspublictransportvehicles,refusecollectionvehicles,scootersorlargecommercialvehicles.Standardsrelatingtothetestproceduresforenergystoragesystemsforthesevehicleswillbedevelopedlaterasasupplementtothisstandard.Thetestproceduresaredefinedasafunctionofthevehiclerequirementsandwithoutreferencetotheactualcompositionoftheelectricalenergystoragesystemundertest.Theywillallowdirectcomparisonbetweentheperformanceofdifferenttypesofelectricalenergystoragesystemswhenusedforthesameduty.Theywillalsoallowdirectcomparisonbetweentheperformancesofthesametypeofelectricalenergystoragesystemwithdifferentcapacities,whenusedforthesameduty.Notethattherearethreefundamentaltestsi.e.,testsforcapacity(range),power(performance),andlife.Allothertestsareoptional.Theresultsfromthetestprogrammearepresentedintheformof"performanceachieved"andnotintheformof"pass/fail".NOTEThroughoutthisstandard,thewords"battery"or"batterysystem"aretoberegardedassynonymouswiththewords"electricalenergystoragesystem"sincethereareanumberofwaysinwhichelectricalenergycanbestoredwithouttheuseofelectrochemistry.

【摘要】:Separationandidentificationofstabilizersusedinthemanufactureofpolyethyleneresinsarenecessaryinordertocorrelateperformancepropertieswithpolymercomposition.ThistestmethodprovidesameanstodetermineBHT,BHEB,Isonox129,erucamideslip,Irgafos168,Irganox1010,Irganox1076andTNPPlevelsinpolyethylenesamples.ThistestmethodshouldbeapplicableforthedeterminationofotherantioxidantssuchasUltranox626,Ethanox330,SantanoxR,andTopanolCA,butthestabilityoftheseduringextractionhasnotbeeninvestigated.Theadditiveextractionprocedureismadeeffectivebytherelativelylowsolubilityofthepolymersampleinsolventsgenerallyusedforliquidchromatographicanalysis.Inthismethod,isopropanolandcyclohexanewerechosenbecauseoftheirexcellentextractionefficienciesaswellasforsafetyreasons.Othersolventsincludingethylacetate,isobutanol,chloroformandmethylenechloridecanalsobeused.Methodsotherthanrefluxingthathavebeenusedtoremoveadditivesfromthepolymermatrixincludemicrowave,ultrasonic,andsupercriticalfluidextractions.Fortheseparationoftheextractedadditives,SFCandGChavebeenusedsuccessfullyforseveraloftheadditives.Underoptimumconditions,thelowestlevelofdetectionforanantioxidantisapproximately2ppm.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaliquid-chromatographicprocedurefortheseparationofsomeadditivescurrentlyusedinpolyethylene.Theseadditivesareextractedwitheitherisopropanol(resindensities60;0.94g/cm3)orcyclohexane(resindensities62;0.94g/cm3)priortoliquid-chromatographicseparation.Theultravioletabsorbanceoftheelutingcompound(s)ismeasuredandquantitationisperformedusingexternalcalibration.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection9.Note18212;ThereisnoequivalentISOstandard.
