【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60770specifiesthefollowingmethods.Methodsfor–reviewingthefunctionalityandthedegreeofintelligenceinintelligenttransmitters;–testingtheoperationalbehaviour,aswellasthestaticanddynamicperformanceofanintelligenttransmitter.Methodologiesfor–determiningthereliabilityanddiagnosticfeaturesusedtodetectmalfunctions;–determiningthecommunicationcapabilitiesoftheintelligenttransmittersinacommunicationnetwork.Themethodsandmethodologiesareapplicabletointelligenttransmitters,whichconvertoneormorephysical,chemicalorelectricalquantitiesintodigitalsignalsforuseinacommunicationnetworkorintoanalogueelectricalsignals(asspecifiedintheIEC60381series).ThemethodsandmethodologieslistedinthispartofIEC60770areintendedforuseby:–manufacturerstodeterminetheperformanceoftheirproductsand–usersorindependenttestinglaboratoriestoverifyequipmentperformancespecifications.ManufacturersofintelligenttransmittersareurgedtoapplythispartofIEC60770atanearlystageofdevelopment.Thisstandardisintendedtoprovideguidancefordesigningevaluationsofintelligenttransmittersbyproviding:–achecklistforreviewingthehardwareandsoftwaredesigninastructuredway;–testmethodsformeasuringandqualifyingtheperformance,dependabilityandoperabilityundervariousenvironmentalandoperationalconditions;–methodsforreportingthedataobtained.
