【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesmeasurementmethodsfor-d.c.ora.c.ofsinusoidalornon-sinusoidalwaveform,whichcouldflowthroughthehumanbody,and-currentflowingthroughaprotectiveconductor.Themeasuringmethodsrecommendedfortouchcurrentarebaseduponthepossibleeffectsofcurrentflowingthroughahumanbody.Inthisstandard,measurementsofcurrentthroughnetworksrepresentingtheimpedanceofthehumanbodyarereferredtoasmeasurementsofTOUCHCURRENT.Thesenetworksarenotnecessarilyvalidforthebodiesofanimals.Thespecificationorimplicationofspecificlimitvaluesisnotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.IEC60479-1providesinformationregardingtheeffectsofcurrentpassingthroughthehumanbodyfromwhichlimitvaluesmaybederived.Thisstandardisapplicabletoallclassesofequipment,accordingtoIEC60536.Themethodsofmeasurementinthisstandardarenotintendedtobeusedfor-TOUCHCURRENTShavinglessthan1sduration,-patientcurrentsasdefinedinIEC60601-1,-a.c.atfrequenciesbelow15Hz,-a.c.incombinationwithd.c.Theuseofasinglenetworkforacompositeindicationoftheeffectsofcombineda.c.andd.c.hasnotbeeninvestigated,-currentsabovethosechosenforelectricburnlimits.ThisbasicsafetypublicationisprimarilyintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.Itisnotintendedforusebymanufacturersorcertificationbodies.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapply,unlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.
