【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidelinesonspecificrequirementsoftheISO9000familyofstandardswhenappliedtoMeasuringandEvaluationBodiesofstationary-structurevibration.ThisInternationalStandardthereforeiscomplementarytothequalitystandardsoftheISO9000seriesandactsasaninterfacebetweenthetechnicalstandardISO4866andqualitymanagementstandards.Themeasurementandevaluationofvibrationinstructuresisanimportanttaskonwhichmaydependstructureserviceabilityandman'scomfortand/orsafety.Thedifferentstagesuptothefinalreportarerelatedtooneanother.Inordertogiveconfidencetothefinalresults,itisnecessarytoassurethequalityofexecutionofeachstage.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicableincontractualsituationswhencertaincapabilitiestomeasureandevaluatevibrationeffectsonstructureshavetobedemonstrated.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletodifferentstagesintheevaluationofvibration,asfollows:—thecontractreview;—thechoiceofthemethodofinvestigation;—thechoiceofthemeasuringlocation;—theselectionofthemeasuringequipment;—thedata-processingprocedure;—theelementsfordiagnosis.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60794specifiestherequirementsofsingle-modeopticalfibrecablesandcableelementswhichareintendedtobeusedprimarilyinpublictelecommunicationsnetworks.Othertypesofapplicationsrequiringsimilartypesofcablescanbeconsidered.Requirementsforcablestobeusedinducts,fordirectlyburiedapplication,aerialcablesandcablesforlakeandrivercrossingsareincludedinthisstandard.Foraerialapplication,thisstandarddoesnotcoverallfunctionalaspectsofcablesinstalledinthevicinityofoverheadpowerlines.Inthecaseofsuchapplication,additionalrequirementsandtestmethodsmaybenecessary.Moreover,thisstandardexcludesopticalgroundwiresandcablesattachedtothephaseorearthconductorsofoverheadpowerlines.Forcablesforlakeandrivercrossings,thisstandarddoesnotcovermethodsofcablerepair,norrepaircapability,nordoesitcovercablesforusewithunderwaterlineamplifiers.
